Yes that is but I guess someone who doesn't like IE bought it to get revenge. Brilliant idea by the way. The owner should have put a splash page there similar to fuc kinggoogleit.com (no space between fuc and king...)

People are always doing this. I find it a bit sad really that people do this instead of perhaps downloading the betas and submitting feedback for improvements.
