It has a great Rank checker for keywords and gives you other data as well as allowing you to drill down on keyword research.

The fact you're ofering SEO as a service on your website is insane to be honest. I'm actually surprised you think you can offer it as service.
Honestly, no offence intended here. First things first, you have canonical issues with your listing in Google, you have www. and none www. version of your site indexed, which may at some point lead to duplicate content issues. Also, you're not doing any sort of 301 redirect to remedy this.
As a result you have links pointing to bkwebdesignandhosting.co.uk and www.bkwebdesignandhosting.co.uk according to yahoo site explorer
Take the term you're apparently targetting - 'cheap web design' -a very competitive term. Unless you do some insane link building is simply no way on this earth that you're going to be anywhere. As an example, I'll compare you site, very basically, to some others that rank highly for that term:
bkwebdesignandhosting.co.uk (backlinks ~20, including those from www. and non www.)
red-fern.co.uk (backlinks ~5250)
totalcreation.co.uk (backlinks ~5100)
coolcreation.co.uk (backlinks ~9100)
As you can see after two months you simply have no chance of ranking for that term, the sites I've listed have been building thousands of links over a long period of time.
The fact you've even asked the question, with the fact you have 20 backlinks AND you're apparently offering SEo as service is ridiculous to be perfectly honest.
I won't go into any of the following issues with:
- Design/layout
- Broken links
- Poor quality articles added simply for SEO benefit (or lack of in this case)
- Absolutely stupid font color choices that make text very annoying/.difficult/impossible to read

Take it how you want, I honestly couldn't care less if you think I'm being rude - you've never said I was being rude when I posted help - weird eh?
- You have next to no effective SEO on your site
- You've targetted the incorrect terms for a new and small website
- Some of your color choices are plain stupid, as I can't read the text
- You DO post your blog entries purely for SEO benenfit - "css3 - create rounded corners" anyone?
- Compared to your competitors for the phrase you mentioned, you have next to no change of ranking at all as yopu DO have 20 backlinkls
- You DO have canonical issues (SEO 101 here, certainly not something someone offering SEO as a service should be having)
- You DO have broken links on your site (again, SEO absolute basics)
- YOu do lack a lot of basis SEO knowledge and should leanr the basics first
In fact, it seems to be a pretty common scenario with you - someone posts something you don't like and you go all defensive E.g. look at your reply to CityCM's valid point in this very thread.
The fact you offer SEO as a service when I you've proved that you know little about SEO yourself is insane. The internet has far to many one man band web companies offering the world, with little or no knowledge themselves.
This issue always annoys me, as we have a lot of those type of people/web companies around here.

Excuse me? Our website has valid xhtml AND css. Click the logos at the bottom of our site. There are no issues with our site at all.
Edit: Also, why does your link to the 'portfolio' page just link to a contact form with no explanation at all?

If your not in the top 100 it will show no results. However it does have a slight bug and sometimes shows no results even if you are. Try repeat clicking on the submit button.

OMFG!
The pages you've chosen are shopping cart pages, so won't be in search engines anyway - again, you pure lack of SEO knowledge is showing through again. :/
Also, did you take time to look at the actual errors and warning - all but one are down to a couple of ampersands not being encoded. Hardly a major issue at all - if anything, it's a total none issue even on a page that CityCM would, like to include in search engines (aka, not the shopping page)
Also, you seem to think that search engines won't index pages that don't perfectly validate - your so wrong. Go into Google and search for a stupidly competitive term like 'hd tv'. Then, run the second result through the validator - hdtvorg.co.uk - 474 errors and 475 warnings, see http://validator.w3....=Inline&group=0
..and that site is ranked above sites that validate to xhtml 1.0 strict perfectly. You're quoting one of those pathetic SEO myths that gets thrown around far too often.
Additionally, it's not always possible for sites to be fully valid and just because isn't perfectly valid, doesn't mean the site is badly coded. W3C validation only becomes a major issue to get concerned about when certain errors are stopping the site from rendering in browsers.
Which brings me to another point about SEO. Google is always going to be and will be more so in the future, all about quality content. If a page (like the two hd tv sites I used above for example) has some truely compelling content that lots of sites link to then Google will instantly favour the site in question. It won't think, "hold on just one minute, those two ampersands aren't encoded into their correct HTML entities, lets penalise that site massively".
I actually wrote a bit of an angry blog about W3C validation and SEO on my blog, which seems pretty relevant here

To be perfectly frank, it's a shopping cart page that won't get indexed search engines, that renders as expected, that has a couple of unencoded ampersands.
I really would even give a second thought to it as it's a total none issue.
