Hi everyone, I hope that Santa was kind to you all.

Anyway, a client has asked me to do an email shot to all business managers withing a 2 mile radius. I have no problems with making an HTML email and will be using Mail Chimp as the sender. Does anyone know the best way to obtain the email addresses of the business managers within a 2 mile radius and how much I should charge for this service?
