According to these pages
http://help.opera.co...en/display.html
http://downloads4win...2100-opera.html
Opera has a display mode for small screen. I'm sure I used it once but can't do it now (for testing webpages in hand-held devices).

My Opera is 10.63 and I can't see small screen as an option under View or by using Shift/F11. It may have been there in an earlier version.

In View, Toolbars, Customise, Buttons, Preferences I can see an empty checkbox for small screen but it doesn't accept a check (nor do any of the other checkboxes).

If I look at Tools, Preferences, Advanced, Content or any other menu I can't see the small screen checkbox.

I don't want to download the mobile version of Opera. I should be able to use the small screen display mode in the desktop version of Opera according to the links (I did it a few months ago).

Any ideas?

couldn't see it either but in View/Developer tools you have Layout/Mobile View.

couldn't find any reason for the shift-F11 not being available either.

View/Developer Tools doesn't show Layout/Mobile View but I've just found this online simulator (it needs Java enabled, not the same as javascript)

I've discovered that Opera removed Shift+F11 for the small screen mode in 10.50
