Hey
Just wondering if anyone here has done freelance work for a comapny based in a different country? Im sure some of you have. just wondering how you go about it? obvioously there wont be any meetings due to the long distances etc. also, how do you go about getting payment sorted? There seems to be a good bit fo work on this site and due to the fact that im in ireland i was just wondering if that would be a disadvantage to me
Cheers

Hi,

Have you tried Odesk? Takes a lot of the risk out of the process for both you and the employer.

Hope it helps,
Adam

Just make sure you talk to your full time employer. I work 43 hours a week and i'm able to work up to 47 without declaring it to them. (so 4 hours freelance per week).

Some places have stricter policies.
