Please let me know what can i do, what to learn to reach the level of making in flash animation like in the following website. I am expecially intersted how to make that kind of buttons.

It just takes a lot of practice. However kirupa.com has a lot of flash tutorials :)

Practice makes perfect. It will take a while to make that kinda thing. Try tutvid.com, or developphp.com. They may be able to hel and do tutorials in Flash
