New Forum.. ..Some people cannot see it??!!

Hi,

I have recently launched a web design forum of my own (with help, cheers! ;) ) as a sort of test project/learning expereince - but have had a report of someone not being able to see it??!!

Please can someone help me figure out why this could be..

Hi Huw,

That's working fine for me. I'm using Firefox V3.6.8 if that helps you troubleshoot.

Yeah, it looks fine for me (FF 3.0.19 XP). The 'choose style color' tool isn't working, though.

Under Win7:
FF 3.6.8 - looks normal
Opera 10.60 - looks normal
Chrome 5.0.375.125 - looks normal
IE 8 - all content under header is not visible. JavaScript error: HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917)

Thanks, will take a look into this....

...Not getting any errors in IE8? And can see content fine...?

No, I see only an empty light gray field under nav bar (Board index, FAQ, Search) in IE8

Chrome is fine, IE 6 is ok apart from the header is a bit messed up. But hey, what does work in IE6? Will try IE 7 and 8 when i get home for ya.

What did you use to create the forum phpbb?

It's a forum for web designers. If there is a web designer out there, using IE6 for anything other than cross-browser compatability testing, they should be shot.
