I have planned to launch mass email campaign, I am looking for good email sender software . Has somebody used good software, I appreciate your help

Not quite sure if it was what you are looking for but mailchimp works for how I use mail lists.

that runs off the internet and offers email campaigns from anywhere. :D which means no downloading!!

I prefer it to be non-software tbh.

Why is your preference towards software rather than 'cloud'ware?

If using software on your machine be aware of smtp sending limit. Some hosts limit the number of emaisl you can send per hour, if using your isp's smtp server you'll no doubt have stricter limits.

YOu'll also need to do things like including unsubscribe links at the top and bottom of your email message to avoid damaging the reputation of your servers MX records.

Mailchimp seems to be US based, are there any disadvanteges to them not being UK based? I used Dotmailer a few years ago and they seemed ok, any opinions on them?

Setting this up as a side line income for myself, you need to be aware that the majority of the mail clients will not let you send mass emails if you have not collected the emails your self by opting in through your site. So any bought email client lists no matter how much you paid are no good!
