Morning all. I've not done much with e-commerce sites now want to crack on. I have potentialy a few new clients wanting e-commerce sites.

Iv'e started creating my own software for easy install of an ecom site, all valid output and easy template implementation. Problem is it's not going to be finished in time as i have other sites to do.

Question being, is there any other PHP based eCom software that outputs valid xhtml and css, and also has easy template implementation? ( bit like wordpress as the templates are easy to create! )

Have a look at our list of shopping carts for some ideas.

Most carts nowadays run on some sort of templating system + CSS so it's really a choice of finding that cart that suits your clients business needs.

If you can build your own cart then you can easily tweak existing opensource carts like virtuemart on Joomla and Magento to the way you want them.
