I am starting a new company and am looking for designers to help design a logo and 4 page website. The main criteria are uniqueness and creativity. The reward will be $400 paid through PayPal or any other payment method specified by winner.

At least you've posted in the right forum this time, but I think it's misleading to call it a competition. You are simply hiring a designer. How is this a competition?

Yes I agree with NB, it isn't a competition, but the OP is hiring a designer here. I do believe that there may be some confusion as the OP's first language is not english, so he may be confused regarding a competition or simply looking to hire.

Just to confirm... this IS NOT A COMPETITION guys - he is looking for a designer

Guys, I think he wants a bunch of logo designs and web designs to choose from and then will reward the winner $400. I think it is a competition because there will be one winner and a slew of losers.
