want some feedback on these logos

Is the logo for Motorcity Geek? There's enough spacing between the elements to make me think this might be a set of logos for Motorcity and on for Geek... Also I assume this is just a temporary name as Motorcitiy is also spelt with an i?

So my main criticism at the moment would have to be spacings.

I like the M cut from the square (3rd variant down), that's my favourite of the designs posted.

I think the symbol in the top two is a little tall, goes too far above the text, but this could be easily shortened or adjusted.
