Hello everyone,

Thought I'd share a little something with you that I've been working on at work. It's a little memory game utilising jQuery & CSS3. The aim is to match the car number plates to their celebrity owner and win £250/£500 off the price of a new car.

This kind of thing is typically done with Flash, but we thought we'd try a newer, fresher approach :)

You can see it here: http://plates.rrg-group.com.

I like it! 33 secs left - £250 voucher thank you very much.

I didn't like it right at the beginning when after flicking through the instructions I flicked passed the Press Start to Begin button and had to start again.

Yep very nice. As above the only thing i would say is give an option to begin the game without scrolling through the instructions. I kept clicking and ended up going past the begin button so had to go back again.

Oh and i did it with 52 seconds to spare :drinks:

It was initially designed to be playable without reading the instructions, however the client requested we change it as they felt the aim of the game wasn't at first apparent.

Are the images preloaded? seem to take a bit long to load after you click em. Also the instruction loop is a bit annoying :p
