Are there any program or site where i can check how a site looks on higher resolution?

Not that I'm aware of, although you could just zoom out in firefox and you'd get a similar effect.

Think you can just set your desktop resolution to full HD or something. Works in Vista at least. You just see a portion of your desktop on your screen wich slides as you move your mouse to the edge.

Not the ideal user interface but at least you can check if your website breaks apart :)
