Hi everyone, looking for a bit of advice - I'm quoting for a project at the moment where the client would like a small/medium sized flash animation on the front page of the web site, based on a photograph of an old fashioned water mill. Ideally they would like the water wheel to be animated and turning constantly on a loop.
Is this possible without comprimising the quality of image/presentation? And how technically advanced is something like this?
Not really comfortable using Flash myself so I would probably look to outsource that part if the project is approved.
Thanks for your help.

I think it could be a simple image changing animation where pictures move from top to down one after another. Futhermore, it could be possible to add there spontaneous water trickles and splashes over animation. Something like frontal view of a water wheel.
