I like the design but there is too much going on. Too much to read and too many links and buttons to click on. Maybe just have the navigation at the top, lose the one on the right as they're the same anyways? It looks like you have doubled and sometimes tripled links on the frontpage but leading to the same page in the end?

Yes the navigation is over the top. I would reduce the left hand navigation to display just the section clicked on. This will enable the visitor to identify where they are without being overwelmed with the other sections.

The contact form has no validation. You can send a completely blank form.

It is irritating to have a drop down when there is only one selection ie. contact.

CALL back sends you to a very confusing page which appears to have no way back to your site.

The css drop down menus don't work in IE6.

Overall I feel there is so much information to take in .... perhaps if I had made a genuine visit I would have been happy to consume it on a casual visit it is a bit overwhelming.

Strange that as its been very successful and other than British Gas, I see no other Central heating site that beats it.

Navigation has two purposes, 1 is for SEO and the other well is for clearer navigation. The comments I generally get is either its very good or its a bit overwhelming but design is subjective and the results speak for themselves (currently page 1 for london)

Quite like the colors you've used, the fact you have no flash, SEO urls and the simple layout - big pluses from me there :)

However (just the thibgs that stood out to me, don't mean to sound harsh):

Far far too much going on overall and far too many links in the body text (E.g. http://www.priorygas...umbers/enfield/ ) for my liking. Can see why it was done for SEO but in my opinion you've gone a bit overboard.

Don't see why you need a drop down the home menu, surely that should be directly clickable?

Broken link: http://www.priorygas...ers/contact-us/

Contact form doesn't seem to have any validation.

You also may have gone a tad overboard on the alt tags E.g. alt="commercial boilers essex, commercial boilers hertfordshire, commercial boilers north london" - that tells me little about the actual image :)

On a personal note I think the page http://www.priorygas.../areas-covered/ has been done purely for SEO, it seems out of palce and very spammy with unecessary anchor text and links to the homepage. Again, can see why you put them in, but that whole page just looks like spam to me :)

I like the design, especially how you make the call to action stand out through the use of yellow. but I would like to reiterate what the others said about there being alot going on (many its due to your seo strategy :S).

The navigation of the following site is similar to yours but theres less going on: http://www.heatingcentral.com/

That site is a lot better designed and made imo. Everything is easier to read, there's no spam and I imagine it'd do fairly similar SEO wise. Like that one chap :)

I rated design not accessibility or usability. And do not angry on me, but design is not the strongest part of your sites...

looks clean and presentable to me, though a little busy try reducing line-height a little

you have some alt text that doesn't accurately reflect the image. and some missing alt text too.

some validation errors in the code

print preview looks a bit screwed up - have you got a print style sheet? you can remove the menu for a start as you don't need that when printing ;)

navigation is navigable by tab key (i.e. for keyboard users)

increasing text size results in text being hidden

images seem reasonably well optimised but http://www.priorygas...creditcards.jpg should be a gif or 8-bit png

no h1 on the front page for he page heading

no favicon

freaky logo! lions with blue beards??

overall a good job but just needs a few tweaks ;)

Picky but small things count.

There is an issue with accessibility and SEO but as a whole, for what the site is and is for, It's a good site.
