you may need to tidy up the look of both sites to gain partners. Both look confused.

My target with the sites is to get more useful info for businesses, not to take design challenges and to make good lookin' sites. I use my time for these sites to find and enter business info, and it is not very easy. And finally - I own up that I am not good designer. I think that was sufficiently comprehensive response.

I agree with this.
I just looked at your sites for the first time, and I got the impression that they are spammy...
You should consider what experience you want visitors to your site to have. You've clearly built these sites up to generate some form of advertising revenue which is fine, but to the average visitor it is very very hard to actually find any useful information on those pages because of the mish-mash of adverts everywhere and there seems to be no logical structure on your site.
I could go on and on and on about what's wrong with your sites, but the point I'm trying to make to you is that if you want more visitors (and want the visitors to feel that your sites are useful), then you need to stop being defensive and start taking criticisms/suggestions on board (good or bad). I appreciate that it's not easy to add/update lots of information on websites, but if you are serious about making these sites successful (are you?) then it's OK to ask for help and advice on how to better them - after all we are a friendly community here and we like to help each other out where we can.
Anyway, here's some examples of easy to navigate, clean directory style websites:

Sam,
the problem is that these sites are my free-time project and I do it for the cause (of my good will). So I say no time to deal with the design of websites, but maybe after 2-3 months I'll do something about that. I accept the criticism and advices and realize that this is a major concern of my sites, but in this case so I decided to graduate the things that adjustments to the design to be made after completion of the collection of information. Once again thanks for your advice - I will try to do everything in my skills in this direction.
