Wrap around Navigation Bars ?

Does anyone know of any tutorials or example PSD's for those Nav menu's which have an effect so it appears the menu is wrapping around behind the page.

Similar to here http://www.alexcohaniuc.com/ but he's taken it a step further, I just want to stick with the basic effect.

I've did something in Photoshop earlier which sort of works, but it doesn't look as good :(

I've been having a go at this effect too, getting there but a good tut would be nice.

I've just had a go at replicating this effect myself. Here's the PSD for those of you who are interested in creating a similar effect.
