Embed Audio Stream into website. Using the quicktime plugin?

This internet radio station can be opened in a media player with the address: http://83.170.104.91:30355/live or http://cp2.internet-...ez/playlist.qtl

I would like to embed this into a website so users can listen to the stream in a quicktime player on the site, what code do I need to do this?
