Keywords need to be set, content needs to include keywords. Websites with new content rank higher.
You need to look into seo, and do a lot of work on it. Google ranking changes constantly as new websites are added daily, and webmasters updating their content.

You have too many pics on the home page and loads don't have alt text. You need to look at keywords, rather than me keep repeating myself follow the link below about websites appearing higher in searches - there is a straightforward article on their leading you through the whole keywords stuff.
Your website has less than a year till it expires so it might be worth renewing sooner rather than later. You have 3 h1 tags - restrict it to one per page but think about what you put in it.
Your blog home page is not indexed - have you submitted a sitemap to Google?
Your company name has no keywords in it so I would leave it out of at least some of your page titles so that you can focus on keywords. Any way ask if I can help atall.

Also, add some anchor text links around your site. So Add links from other pages linking to the Home page using variations of the Targeted key terms. e.g. "Glasgow Web Design" links to the Home page.
Also get an HTML sitemap and either remove the tiny text in the footer or make it bigger. SE's don't like the little text much.

Have you checked what your competition is doing?
Other sites are likely to be doing exactly the same as you to improve serp positions.
Ouch, what happened dude?
You're now on page 8 - within less than 2 months you've gone from page 1 to page 8!!!!!!!!

Your website is your shop window. Would you clutter your shop window with so much writing and images that they customers cant see in? confusing?
Make the page as simple as possible to allow customers to follow the call to actions that you have on the right hand side.
Think about writing good guides informing people of why your services are useful. By doing this you can boost your position in google for you desired keyterms. You will also be adding value by answering questions potential clients may be waiting to ask (or search for).
Remember Google will take into account your bounce rate (whether people land on your page and click away) as to whether you are relevant. If people are coming to your page, but leaving straight away it indicates you aren't useful or relavant to them or their search, or your page confuses them etc.
Post on your blog more often, and aim to make the site a little more user friendly.
