Can anyone point me in the right direction please!

I am looking for a shopping cart - where my client can sell normal products and also an "annual membership" - if a customer buys the annual membership, then they would then get a % discount on any products that they purchase. The cart needs to be able to give out some kind of membership number when annual membership is purchased, then validate against it, when a customer buys a product to get their % discount.
Ideally I would also want to be able to manage renewals when a year is up -sending out renewal reminders etc.

Can anyone suggest an ecommerce cart that has these kind of things built in already??
