What is most important for google ranking?

Keywords, domain name, title, page-rank and linking text.

Google is supposed to include over 200 factors, but these are prob the most important. In what order would you rank them?

It depends what you are trying to do.
You missed out the most inportant - Rich in content,
Unless your website is rich in content, the traffic spikes that result from your efforts will only be transient.

At present, links are the key players determining the rankings and placements of the websites in search engines as the titles or pages items are all on page parts.
