I have my contact form working like a charm, after the email is sent and the thank you message set, i'm using $_POST = array(); to clear it so when the page refreshes the email wont be sent again, I'm working on a captcha script now, but for the time being i dont want it to be sent onf a refresh?

Is there a different way or just wait till my captcha script is done?

Dw sorted it now i got my captcha working.
