I am not sure if anyone will be able to help but this is my problem.

I am trying to gather information from estate agents from around the UK, what i thought i could do is us rightmove's "send to all" which send a e-mail to everyone.

Then when the estate agents responed to my e-mail account i could send them a form document from googlemail.

What this form is, is a survey that i thought displays the information within another google document. Making it easier to analyze infonformation.

However, when i tested the email and sent it to another mail account it only shows a link to the form. Which is not what i am wanting.

What i am wanting is a e-mail that has the survey embeded win it.

So i hope i have explained things properly and i apologies, i know this is not web design stuff but i was wondering if someone had any tips on this.
