Professional PHP Developer Needed to Generate PDFs

I'm looking for a PHP developer who can integrate PDF generation in a ticket booking system. The system currently sends out a plain text email.

1) Generate a PDF that the user can download via a 'Save As' link when a transaction has proved successful.
2) Email this PDF as an attachment to the customers email address.

The target server has:
PHP 4.3
Zend Engine v1.3.0
GD Version bundled (2.0.15 compatible)

If you feel you would be comfortable in delivering this relatively quickly please let me know and we can discuss the more specifics of the project so you can give me a quote.
