AS2 and AS3 Flash Professional with FLV / Flash Video Streaming Experience

Job Details:
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 Years experience using Actionscript at a professional level.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Experience in working to a specification closely.
- Experience in creating and maintaining a Flash video player very similar to youtube's e.g
- Experience with the Netstream Class and streaming video via HTTP Progressive download and RTMP in AS2 / AS3
- Experience in using a XML file with Actionscript for configuration of a flash application.
- Experience with Embedding Video Players


Advantageous to your application:
- Experience with optimizing Flash load time via using external flash modules
- Experience of providing different versions of the same application depending on cross-platform limitations (for PC, PS3, Wii etc older or less supported Flash Players)
- Experience with using CSS to style the application


Examples:
Provide at least 2 examples of your best Flash work, any video players you have made before will be very beneficial to your application.

What we offer: Job location is in Cyberspace. Employee/contractor can work from a home office and be part of a multinational development team. Communication with the all team members is done through Instant messenger, web cam, Skype, email and other collaboration tools. Employee will work under an employment agreement in front of a registered offshore company. For Employee only: Employee will be receiving all of his social rights as stated in the law of his country of residence. Tax statements will be subject to local laws and would be performed on the employee�s responsibility. Salary will be paid once a month and transferred directly to employee�s beneficiary bank account by wire transfers or by paypal.
