Right where to begin..

I have had an idea for a website which incorperates an iPhone App

The website would require people to be able to login and have people connected to them could have their own members area (does that make sence)

The iPhone App needs to be able to update the webpage when data is entered.

Now Ive the time in and have designed the webpage, graphics etc using various software. I need someone to get involved and help me do the rest. Its a long way off at the moment but I really think this idea has potential and will be used by a huge group of people. I dont want to give too much away at the moment.

So does the above make sence?

its basicaly in need of someone to help with user logins, member pages, databases, iPhone Apps and other stuff.

Now I need to know

How much would this cost?

Would people get involved in order to be a partner in this idea and hopefully make their money once its gone live?

Is all the above a nightmare to get sorted?
