Hi - I am working with a recruitment website which had been created via a template.

We need some very specific changes made to the site. We can pretty much give you the breakdown of exactly what we need - we've also started to gather scripts. However, as we are new to this we would like help as it's getting a bit complicated.

In return I am offering a 12 month promotional plan for your website design company(can give you full break down upon request), or a deferred payment. The website is related to the film/arts industries.

The specific skills you will need are:

1. Can create a script to read remote databases.
2. Can create database categories
3. Can create a "username and password" facility.
4. Enable open ID.
5. Knowldge of how to create video clips convert into flv files.
6. Create RSS feed for new content.
7. Knowledge of Yahoo Pipes /flash viewer
8. Newsletter template and schedule within the site.
9. Any knowledge of widgets is a plus.

That is pretty much it. Like i said we can help you find the right codes/etc but we need someone who can make it neat.
