Hello, someone is currently outsourcing work to me and my developer has taken one large dump straight in the middle of my chest, he hasn't kept up with any deadlines and has, in my opinion, been slacking like mad and I'm not sure I want that. What I'm looking for is somebody who can guarantee me that by tomorrow they can reach a deadline, there isn't much work left to do.

The estimate is between 3 and 5 hours for the rest of the job to be complete, but at first you'll have to get your head around the way stuff has been coded, and without being rude I don't want any faffing around with the code because no I'm the one who looks like a douche, although my client is reassuring me that he understands the position I'm in. Just an addition, the site needs knowledge in the MVC framework and Code Igniter framework, there is documentation available and if you're an experienced developer you should be fine with it.
