I'd be very wary of using submission tools, search engines will crawl your site regularly once they've found it.
If you update frequently the best approach is to create a sitemap then submit it via your Google webmaster account, other SE's have their own sitemap guidelines. You can then suggest the crawl rate in your sitemap file so SE's know how frequently your content updates.

Thanks for your helpful suggestion!
If I set the crawl rate for all of url in the sitemap to "daily", does this mean Google will update the indexes of my site everyday?
Also what is the advantages if I choose crawl rate is monthly instead of daily?

Like Blue said, don't submit your site to engines. That tactic has been dead for a long time. If you get some links pointing to your site, the engines will find you.
As for crawl rate, that depends on how often you add new pages or modify existing pages. No point telling Google to come back every day if your content never changes. That may look spammy to them.

The change frequency in a sitemap is only a guide to suggest to the search engine how often it's updated. It's no guarantee that it will visit at all, least the frequency you set. However, once a search engine knows your site exists the bot will call by from time to time and index new pages and content. The theory is that if you update regularly the bot may decide to visit more frequently - hence the big buzz about using blogs.

Some of the major search engines and most of the smaller search engines will provide a form that you can use to submit your site for free. With the smaller or thematic search engines, this is a good method to use.
For each search engine you'll just need to locate the submit URL form and submit your home page. There is no need to submit anything else. And, you don't need to keep submitting your site month after month. Re-submitting your site over and over after it has been indexed does nothing but waste your time. It will not improve your rank in any way.
Don't be surprised when you find that not all of the major search engines even provide a free submission form any more. Don't worry though. With the major search engines, submitting your site isn't even necessary. This is because the major search engines will find your site through links to your site from other sites. This is why it is very important to begin getting incoming links to your site as soon as possible. You should start by getting your site listed in the major directories.
