Okay, I'm not sure what to do about this one. A few days back, I purchased a domain name from GoDaddy, which cost £13.61, I checked my bank today to see if the transfer had gone through without any trouble, and they'd taken £15.50 out of my account. I checked all approved charges, totals etc to see if there was any mention of the second fee, and there was not, all invoices and receipts said £13.61.
I got angry.
I started writing an email on their support, and suddenly realised that I've bought many domains from them in the past, so I cross-checked all previous bank statements, with invoices and receipts from GoDaddy, and... you guessed it, I'd be overcharged on every purchase by over one pound. If the company does this to every person who buys a domain, they're going to make a hell of a lot of money, illegally. What they're doing is theft.
I don't know what to do, I'm stuck in a rut as to whether to contact trading standards, or get my own legal action.

Email them,
Include all of your transaction ID's, Receipts Ect. ect.
Explain that on each transaction you've been over charged on each of them by however much over however much a period of time. Then include the total value you've been overcharged by for all of the domains/services altogether. Ask them to resolve it (put the ball in their court) and ask for a full refund to the value you've been overcharged by.

STOP!!!
Who is your bank?
You'll find the problem is them. GoDaddy's charges appear in GB£, but they still bill you in US$.
Therefore your bank will charge a currency fee/percentage.
You'll find thats why the price is higher.
