I am rebuilding my site and as such have set up a series of pages that are loaded into a DIV using AJAX.

Everything should be laid out accordingly but I must be missing something since when I go to the home page and then on to a secondary one the whole page shifts right slightly.

The only parts so far done to a testing level is the home page, the running index page and a few of the links for running (Hove Park, for example).

Anyone able to find the reason for the jumping?

Also, whilst on this, opinions please on the layout and (probably more important) the nav buttons. Not too sure if they work and certainly no idea what to do with the navigation that appears on the right.
