I would just like to leave my personal comments about an active member of this forum whom I chose for website work.

I can confirm that I have made a initial deposit for work which was agreed and I have not received this work let alone any form of contact from this member explaining why?

Luke Terry Creative Design (www.ltcd.co.uk) has now had a number of opportunities to contact me and discuss arrangements but has failed in doing so, therefore I have no option to make this public to ensure no other potential customers suffer from potential capital loss.

Because of the response the last thread got, I do not want ANYONE to reply to this thread unless they are directly involved in the situation. I will remove any responses which I feel shouldn't be here - you are warned.

The thread is being left open because it's only fair that both parties involved have a chance to put across their side of the story.

Thank you for your comments Mark, but LTCM prefer opinions to accusations and prefer to deal with things in a professional way, I’m appalled at the way you are acting and have acted now and previously.

Now I would just like to say how surprised I was with the previous thread

If Mark wants to use his unprofessional ways of dealing with things and you want to listen to his opinions then that is fine, I don't mind – everyone has opinions.
but in my world - the professional business world, I'm winning against Mark, but Mark you should choose your words wisely as false accusations can get you in a lot of trouble - like I said previously when I contacted you (which apparently I do not do) but it is a bit too late now.

As I know the truth in all this then from reading that thread this tells me I could make a username up now, join this site and say Thomas Hardy, Cabbage, or anyone on the forum has done a runner with my deposit and straight away you lot would believe me & back me, without even knowing anything else about it, do you not understand what consequences this can cause?

And how people have reacted to that thread is unbelievable!

I think you need to re-read the thread and think whether or not you have put your own names into shame by the way you have acted.

Now how will the situation be resolved?
As Mark as made a public accusation this will be resolved in a lawful way.

I have tried to resolve this but had no luck. And I will admit that some calls and emails have been ignored due to his rudeness and inappropriate behaviour.

With the money he has already been paid a lot of work has been carried out and I have rightly earned the money already spent by Mark by work carried out, so to clarify he has not been conned as he has accused me of doing.

Just to clear something for the forums sake - He did not find me on this forum & Mark I do not have Twitter if you read any of my thread on here it shows I don’t have a clue what it is about.

And a message to any clients looking at using us in the future or currently with us, we can provide over 175 references from 42 County’s and 4 Country’s with 100% honest positive feedback.

You are 100% correct as to say this is not a court room, all I am after is an update on what the work in which we agreed by e-mail and the initial deposit in which I paid.

Unfortunately it has came to a public announcement for you to communicate with me.

If you are not responding to my e-mails, your telephone contact number on your site does not work, you will not answer or reply to the voicemail left on your mobile phone (which you supplied on your invoice), you will not respond to the private messages I left via this forum and finally no response from a thread on this forum of which you are an active member then what option does this leave me with?

If you did have a legitimate reason as to why the work was not completed then I would have listened to you and further arrangements could have been made and as for you to say I have been rude, all I have been after is an update on progress of my project and some sort of contact from you, I have not been rude in anyway whatsoever.

Now you have made it clear to me that you are available, I will not be responding to any further posts left on here by yourself, you have my alternative contact details including my trading address. I will look forward to communication from you or your representative to discuss this subject further.
