Before I start writing this post I'd just like to say, that yes I am using tables because its how I design websites, and it may not comply with "Web Standards" but meh, its how I roll.

Anyways I'm making a new layout for my website it in total has 5 rows:

Navigation
Header
Main Content Area
Advertising Space
Footer

I would like to make the Main Content Areas height to be 100% so it fills up the remaining space, if you understand what I mean.So then whatever screen size someone is using it'll work fine.

How can I accomplish this?

Do you mean you want the entire content to fill the screen when someone resizes their monitor? You should generally work to 800 x 600 anyway as this is the smallest standard size of screen. If you want there to be no space at the bottom of the screen, I would make the footer's height to something like 2000px.
