Okay so I think I went a little bit over the top this time!
www.joseonrecruitment.com
Any ideas? I need to move a couple of things around for the layout! but any ideas on how to make it less huge, but keep the look? It's stupidly slow right now! maybe I could have a loading screen while everything loads into the cache. or maybe I could just start making normal web sites?

Everything loaded fine for me, and i have a bad internet connection
Although your background image, slowly loaded, then when it loaded disappeared and faded in
You should make sure it's hidden to begin with,
I really like the site, i don't think you should change it
And don't make normal sites, break the mould!

Ok I like the feel.
WHy not use your photo image as a header instead.... I'd move your nav down below the header then rather than up the top.
Your joseon recruitment square is in a very strange place.... I would take your logo and move it to the left somewhere where it doesnt block out the image underneath. Then I think you need to make your heading bigger and centre it.
Another possiblity would be using your photo image with some nice text and fill the text with the image on a plain background?
Loading wasnt an issue here...
I hope this helps

loading definitely could be sped up. That joseon logo is 45k, surely you can make that much smaller. and that huge background image did load a little slow, i would make that a much smaller file size. Why dont you have the logo and that background image as one background image and have the white text as white text.
Learn new skills image is another 15k, could just be text. main side menu images, this exact effect can be done with css, no need for images.
Copywrite image is another 3k, could just be text.
Have you optimized any of the images?
Saying that, nice layout, I like it.
