Hey does anyone know any good websites where i can find tutorials on how to cretae and then slice and convert layouts to html, xhtml and css. Thanks

Don't slice.... basically you want to design in Photoshop and then just use elements out of the layout in your code... the best place I would say is: tutsplus... search on there for photoshop/html/css and you will see a few screencasts from Jeff Way which are really helpful :)

go to *link removed* and check by your own, there is many tutorials of photoshop and many more, if it work for you then please gave some complement to me, because of that link :)

I use firework to slice the design. Have you tried that ?
