Forward: We are looking for someone to work for free at the moment. If that doesn't sit well (don't expect it to) then I just saved you time
Small team and I are developing a new adult-themed social networking and community based website (Domain name private at the moment). We're currently seeking a talented web designer who is willing to take this on as a side project (no funding currently). People willing to beta test it for us once we get a prototype, who can remain tight lipped to others, are also welcome. Everyone's working for free until we go live and bring in revenue off an ad model.
Adult-themed = dating, casual encounters, adult material, etc.
Currently on team:
2 Graphic Artists
1 Web Developer
Needed:
Web Designer
Country:
United States.
Scope:
Looking for a web designer to work hand in hand with our web developer.
Size:
Quite a few pages will be needed, although we are more concerned with building a custom CMS/templating system. So the designer will only be concerned with the aesthetic aspect, not the programing.
Time Frame:
We're aiming for a January 2010 launch, but as of right now, we're just seeing how things go. No rush.
Budget:
Well we're a group of friends but we've all agreed to pay what it takes to get our idea launched. We're not rich, and we don't promise anyone the stars.

We're chill guys who have jobs and school, but we're looking to launch this site as a hobby. It has much potential, but we aren't putting all of our eggs in one basket and promising anyone the world. All we are promising is that anyone who is part of the development team will be a part of any and all income that the website ends up bringing in. We are building all of our software from the ground up, no pre-built CMS's or scripts; which is why we'd like a talented web designer who loves the game and is looking to become part of something potentially big. If you'd like to learn more please visit our dev site, post in our forums or use the contact info (Sinciety@gmail.com). We look forward to hearing from anyone who is interested!
Thanks,
Christian
