Slightly uninspiring, nothing jumps out at the viewer. Make your titles/headings more prominent and break it up by playing with font-sizes and spacing. It's very flat at the moment.

Looks mmore like a dentist's website. Those are kinda toothpastey colours..
There's nothing about the site that really conveys what it's for. I mean, apart from the pictures and text. It looks very clinical, which isn't really something that would attract me if I were looking for commercial premises.
Well, unless I was a dentist.
::edit::
The images could do with being reshot, they look amateurish in terms of composition and colour balance etc.

Thanks LYKC and bumfluff
I do not know what you mean by "Slightly uninspiring" and " nothing jumps out at the viewer". If you mean, I should put some flashy vector graphics and complicated layout, I am not sure about that because I am really trying to strive for the simplest design. I did this because I noticed that my earlier designs, where I tried to be as simple as possible generally received positive feedback, while my later attempts based on what I saw on templates and competitor websites received tons of negative feedback.
The colors used are based on the client's logo, calling card and letter heads. As much as possible, I would like to stick to the client's preferred color combination because that would also reflect their corporate identity.
As for the photos, the client provided me with those photos so there is really nothing I can do about it unless they gave me better photos.

Basically users scan pages and hook onto sections that catch their eye. You're keeping it simple... great, but since your fonts and height spacing are all the same, coupled with the colour scheme you have used, the whole site looks flat and there's nothing to hook the user. Use of different fonts, making titles bigger, playing around with different line-heights etc will help.

Someone I know did this site recently, and I think it's bloody brilliant. It's simple, but it's also individual and looks pretty darn good.
