"to help protect your security, IE has restricted this webpage from running scripts or activeX controls that could acess your computer. click here for options"
Why does IE keep doing this?
I am designing a website on my computer and whenever I want to test it with a browser I keep getting this warning. I surely don't want the visitors to my website get this IE warning.
How can I remedy the situation?

I believe this is an issue with the files being on your local machine, and the restriction policies that windows places on webpages.
Check out Mark of the web for more information.
These warning should go away when you upload them to a live server.
Best of luck

^ yes I've seen IE do that. The easy solution is to use a different browser
- ← Stainless - Google Chrome for Mac
- Web Browsers
