Hi
Seriously no one has any ideas for this ? I could really do with the help.
I am doing some work for a Freight company and we want to produce fairly simply coded html/css websites for all the countries we deal with. Around 50.
The content for each will be individual but the layout, page names and colouring exactly the same.
I have been advised to use templates in SQL but have only experience producing one off websites, and very limited experience using My Sql with CMS type Web Design.
I would rather create this in a way that the pages are html i.e /contact.html rather than <php includes> type pages, is this possible.
An example of a competitors website which bascially used this type of setup is
expressfreightgermany.co.uk
That is the same as expressfreightdenmark.co.uk etc etc etc. but to look at the page source you would'nt know ?
Also if you did use this route how would you edit the individual sites.
Any help or pointing in the right direction would be appreciated.
A tutorial to do this would be wonderful if such a thing exists.
Thanks
Conrad

The fastest way to do it would be with PHP, I know you said you weren't into using includes but you could create simple header.php, sidebar.php, content.php and footer.php for example and just call them where you need them.
- ← Change password PHP Script
- Server Side (PHP, Databases, ASP.NET, etc)
- Click & Drag iFrame Positioning Application? →
