Just a note, I've updated the first post, the files are no longer hosted on my site and people were getting quite a few 404s.

Traxor - very nice, no mumbo jumbo in there at all! Are you able to post up a copy of the SEO Contract you alude to in your T&Cs? Do you not host websites on your own servers (via a 3rd party hosting company)? What happens if theres downtime?
