I am hoping to start a online business soon. However my web designing skills aren't up to scratch.
What I am offering is: 20% share of the websites profit just for the design of the site. I might need you to fix some problems once in a while, but its a minor job compared to the legal equity of the business you will be owning.
I will deal with the marketing and advertisement, I just need some technical help with it.
If your interested pm me. or email me on Niles_Touch@hotmail.co.uk
Thanks in advance!

Interested prospect, but as an offer to you, I'd say that I would do this for you for 15%, but with it I'd take a deposit of £100 (as some guaranteed income), and then the not take my 15% off of you up to the point where I would have made that amount from my share, and then begin taking 15%.
What kind of website is this?

Yes, I have looked into competition and there is little or none at the moment.
I do have a business plan, I just technical help as I have mentioned before.
I am after a business partner... Not just a web developer/ designer. Meaning I want someone whose interest it is for this to succeed. I could have easily hired someone to set up a website for me and kept 100% of the profit for myself, but for what I got planned this won't work. I am after someone who would work with me on this business and input their own ideas aswell as improving the site from time to time.
So for this reason the only thing in payment you will be receiving is 20% of the profit.
PM or email me for the business detail.
Thanks for the reply.

In my experience (I've set up, designed, promoted and ran my own business for years now) if there's no competition then there's no demand.
Also how are you going to work 20%, at year end or what?

There is a demand, I would not have considered it if there was none.
and the 20% of profit will either dealt monthly or weekly...whatever my future partner prefers.
